Before applying, soak your feet in warm water for five minutes. Wearing gloves, apply the callus treatment to the heel or sole of the foot and gently scrub with a pumice stone for up to two minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water immediately after scrubbing.

CAUTION: Do not leave on for more than two minutes. Do not apply to broken or sensitive skin. If irritation or other reactions occur, rinse thoroughly and discontinue use.
